In 2018, Frescos del Campo began traveling across Mexico's growing regions and working directly with growers. From our very first operations, we teamed up with them to understand their harvests, read market conditions, and find the best way to bring each product to market.
Working alongside them let us learn every stage of cultivation, from transplanting to harvest. At the same time, every shipment taught us how to handle the logistical challenges of perishable products. Our mistakes and our successes alike have helped us improve and better understand the needs of growers and customers.
