In 2018, Frescos del Campo began traveling across Mexico's growing regions and working directly with growers. From our very first operations, we teamed up with them to understand their harvests and market conditions, and find the best way to bring each product to market.
Working alongside them has taught us every stage of cultivation, from transplanting to harvest. At the same time, every shipment has shown us how to manage the logistics of handling fresh, perishable produce. Every challenge and every success have helped us improve and better understand the needs of growers and customers.
